• Generates trust scores and verification seals
• Facilitates secure data sharing between parties
• Offers certification services for properties and physical assets

3. User Accounts

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality

3.3 You must provide accurate information and update it as necessary

3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion

4. Data and Verification

4.1 Users retain ownership of data submitted but grant Oricert license to process and verify it

4.2 Verification outcomes depend on data quality and availability

4.3 Oricert uses AI and blockchain technology for verification, but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy

4.4 Users are responsible for the legality and accuracy of submitted documents

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Oricert owns all platform technology, software, and branding

5.2 Users grant Oricert license to use submitted data for verification purposes

5.3 Oricert seals and reports are licensed for user use during active service periods

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Service fees are outlined on our pricing page

6.2 We use third-party payment processors (Stripe)

6.3 Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6.4 We may change prices with 30 days' notice

7. Privacy and Data Security

8. Limitations of Liability

10. Blockchain and Technology
